Sign up to book a space with Oldham Council today.

Booking a space at a venue near you has never been easier. Signing up is free and easy, and will allow you to check out our fantastic spaces. You will have your own online account, where you will be able to:

• Search multiple spaces
• Check availability and submit enquiries
• View your bookings
• Manage your account

Some groups may be eligible for our discounted Concessionary Rates. To request this as part of your Sign-up, please select the checkbox "I am a member of a community group or charity" and choose from one of the relevant options:

• Registered Charities (with registered charity numbers)
• Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIOs)
• Community Interest Company (CIC)
• NHS
• Oldham Council
• Local Authority officials delivering public sector services.

Please upload supporting documentation to speed up our processing of your request. Examples include:

• Charity Commission registration certificate and/or charity number
• HMRC letter confirming charitable status
• Constitution or governing document (for CIOs)
• Certificate of incorporation (showing CIC status)
• CIC36 or CIC34 form
• Official NHS letter or document with logo
• NHS organisational code or ODS listing
• NHS/ Council staff ID
• Listing on Oldham council website/global address list

If you are successful in your request, our administrators will contact you to confirm that you can now hire with the eligible concessionary rate, which you can then access during the booking process.
